With a full service planning package you will find the customizing of plans, creating and managing of budgets, vendor searching and securing of contracts, developing timelines and checklists, aid in event theme and design; the managing of invitations, seating charts and RSVP head counts, etiquette guidance and advice in all areas of your wedding day plans, plus more for each unique and intoxicating bride and her specific preferences. Receive complete assurance in all wedding chore tasks as they are begun, maintained. managed and monitored until completion. Your planner is your advocate in securing all the details, prices and vendors to perfect your dream day vision. Splendid Events will design a most perfectly posh event, with innovative concepts, creative design and flawless execution exclusively for YOU. Full service planning will provide consulting, planning and wedding day coordination and management.

*Wedding/Event Month of Management & Coordination

(commonly known as "Day Of or Month Of" coordination)

Maybe you have all the details already planned, vendors booked and decoration design set...what you desire is to be a "guest" at your own event. We are available to plan, manage and coordinate your special event, party or wedding so you can enjoy something like: getting hitched without a glitch! (cheesy I know, please humor me).

What your will receive: The guarantee that all your i's are dotted, all your t's are crossed and one flawless day! Your careful planning will be checked not once, not twice but three times over to ensure no detail of your final plans are missed and will come together as you envision. You will be given an organized and simple to follow, customized time line for the day of your rehearsal and wedding day. Your "Wedding Manager" is your month of planner and your on sight silent  "movie director", the orchestrator and the keeper to a perfectly flawless, smoothly flowing and stress free event! This service begins 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date.

*Hourly Planning Sessions/Consulting-

If a full planning package or management and coordination services are not for you and your budget you might want to consider hourly consulting sessions. This is a service in which the couple is better able to control costs of a wedding planner by reserving an hour at a time, or perhaps a block of 2-3 hours of service to tackle any wedding related concerns, questions or problems that the bride and groom feel are priority. You may want to spend time being guided through or creating checklists, budgets, floor plans, design plans and more. Both the planner and couple will receive paperwork and lists to both keep updated and organized on next steps and progress as needed. This service is reserved by pre-paid appointments in our office or through video call; there are no minimum number of hours required to use.

*Per hour planning sessions (without a full/partial package) are $55 each

*Wedding/Event Decor Design-

Splendid Events can help design your event and wedding decor! If you need guidance and advice in choosing color palettes, themes, tablescapes, table buffets, welcome/gift tables, centerpieces, back drops, guest favors and atmosphere up-lighting and more are all focal points that will  enhance your special event. Let us create and design any of your decorating needs and help secure the decorations and supplies at the greatest savings in pricing and best quality out there. With this service you will receive an event that is a creative expression of you and your lover. We have the innovative & experienced know how to guarantee it.

*Pop Up Wedding Day (Think: Easy, Elegant Ceremony or Elopement!)

Splendid Events can provide the very casual or spontaneous Bride and Groom whom have their heart set on the sole idea of becoming married, rather than having the "whole" wedding day production. This package is provided within a 10 day notice, on location within the *Saginaw/Bay City/Midland areas at no extra charge for you and up to 10 or less guests in attendance, provides your officiant-whom will conduct a sweet endearing short ceremony of no more than 10 minutes, includes your bridal bouquet, groom's boutonniere , extra matching bouquet and boutonniere for your 2 witnesses and 30 minutes total with a professional photographer; whom will provide you with 15-20 edited images of your ceremony/elopement service. Extra photography time and other planning services such as having a special wedding day cake (1 tier) provided or providing dinner/celebration arrangements for your small group can be added on. Splendid Events will professionally design, create and coordinate that event alongside with you! (Ps-She'd never have to know you had help from the pros....unless you wanted her to!)
